1. Nurse Sourcing & Application
We identify and connect with qualified international RNs seeking long-term career opportunities in the United States. Nurses begin by completing a simple Carepoint application and eligibility review.
2. Screening & Interview Process
Our recruitment team conducts thorough screening, including credential review, clinical experience assessment, and structured interviews to ensure readiness for U.S. practice standards.
3. Credential Evaluation & Licensing Support
Carepoint supports nurses through required credentialing steps, including CGFNS or credential verification, NCLEX-RN preparation and testing, and State Board of Nursing licensure guidance.
4. Employer Matching & Direct Placement
Carepoint facilitates direct employment opportunities with U.S. healthcare facilities—including hospitals, rural health systems, long-term care, and specialty clinics. We match nurses based on facility staffing needs, nurse specialty and goals, and location preferences.
5. Immigration & Visa Sponsorship Coordination
Carepoint works closely with partner facilities and immigration teams to manage the visa process, including EB-3 pathways, documentation, and compliance requirements.
6. Pre-Arrival Preparation
Before travel, nurses receive support with cultural and workplace orientation, transition training, housing and relocation planning, and arrival readiness checklists.
7. U.S. Arrival & Facility Onboarding
Once in the U.S., Carepoint ensures a smooth start through coordinated onboarding with the employer, including hospital orientation, unit integration, and ongoing transition support.
